  Halifax. 1782 Entire Letters (2) both headed "Ripponden", charged "1" and addressed to "Clockhouse, near Bradford", dated 10th April and 16th April. The second has a good impression of the "HALIFAX" name stamp, the first has the word "Halifax" written in manuscript. A fine and unusual pair, manuscript town marks very scarce. (2). £150-180
