Framed (21x20mm), the reverse with an attached copy of a Buckingham Palace letter to Post Office H.Q granting permission to use the crown in the emblem of Royal Mail letters. The St. Edwards Crown was used in watermarks from 1955. An interesting item, that fits well onto an album page and would form a striking and interesting first page to any collection of QEII. £200-250
