Kuesi. 1911 Picture postcard to Belgium, written from Slijahukemba on Nov 30th, a 10c stamp on the picture side tied by the scarce Kuesi c.d.s (Dec 22). Situated on the Ugandan border the post office opened in November 1910 but was transferred to Boga in October 1911, though this card suggests some business was still done at Kuesi after the formal transfer.
