  A TFWM GROUP OFFICERS GROUP OF THREE TO THE ROYAL ARTILLERY.A Territorial Force War Medal, British War & Victory Medals, named to 2/Lieut G M Lane (RA) on the TFWM.Commissioned into the R Horse & Field Artillery 2/Lt 26/5/1917. Lt 26/11/1918.Graham Maurice Lane's MIC card makes interesting reading, having originally served as 671 Cpl G M Lane RAMC. He applied for the 1914/15 Star, which was not permitted. He had served in France from December 1917. (1914) crossed out and amended. Issued with his TFWM and pair by the RFA, his rank was stamped on all three. There are three Southampton addresses and Woolwich involved while applying for his medals. Possibly one of the most filled out MIC's, we are likely to see.£120-140

A Naval General Service Medal GVI bar Palestine 1936-39, named to J.28297 A E Harris A.B. R.N. A Long Service Good Conduct Medal GV named to J.28297 A E Harris A.B. R.N HMS Queen Elizabeth.Albert E Harris is listed as serving on HMS Ajax during the Gt War. HMS Ajax was a Battleship of the King George V Class, during the 1914-1919 period, launched around 1913. She was in the Battle of Jutland and was scrapped in 1926.Further research would confirm the ship he was on in Palestine, perhaps if he went onto service in W W II.He was awarded his Long Service Good Conduct Medal whilst serving on HMS Queen Elizabeth. A Battleship launched just in time for the Gt War, she was the Flag Ship of General Sir Ian Hamilton in the Dardenelles Campaign. After the war she became the Mediterranean Flagship until C1937. Attacked by Italian Frogmen in December 1941 and seriously damaged. Scrapped in 1948.£200-250
