He was also by then serving with The Military Foot Police. under number P10786.He served with the Royal Irish Regiment in Theatre 2A (Serbia-Macedonia-Gallipoli) from the 8th July 1915.His MIC shows the revised award naming, he endured on the double entry indexes.£60-90

He was serving with the 1st/21st Battalion when he was KIA. Commemorated on the Le Touret Memorial Panel 45.Mostly Soldiers of the Territorial Battalions from mainly 1915 Battles. (He died officially the day after the Battle of Festubert 15-25th May 1915), are commemorated on this Memorial.£100-150
