1935 (Oct 26-Nov 7) Covers carried on the "Southern Star" relief flight from Sydney to the "Faith of Australia" stranded at Daly Waters both franked 1d cancelled by Enmore c.d.s, one with 1935 2d cancelled at Daly Waters (Nov 7), the other carried on the "Faith in Australia" back to Adelaide with 1935 2d cancelled upon arrival at Adelaide (Nov 4). 1935 (Oct 29/30) Adelaide Airways Ltd Adelaide to Melbourne or Port Lincoln services, first flight covers franked 2d flown from Melbourne to Adelaide and posted upon arrival, or flown in both directions between Adelaide and Port Lincoln, these two covers both signed by the pilot H.O. Cook, both tendered for cancellation at Port Lincoln which was refused, endorsed "no air mail service between Adelaide & Pt. Lincoln, Posted contrary to Section 102 of Post & Telegraph act" with red "DEAD LETTER OFFICE / ADELAIDE" c.d.s (Nov 12). 50 Covers flown from Melbourne to Adelaide, 15 from Adelaide to Port Lincoln and 20 from Port Lincoln to Adelaide. 1935 (Dec 12-14) WASP Airlines survey flights from Sydney to Broken Hill or Wilcannia both signed by the pilot E.J. Small, or flown from Sydney to Broken Hill and back to Sydney signed by the pilot (Alexander Smith?) each bearing perforated WASP Airlines vignette and franked 2d, posted upon arrival. 1935 (Dec 19) Mildura to Cootamunra first flight cover with arrival backstamp, franked 5d, unlisted in the AAMC. Also October 2nd cover inscribed for the first flight from Argyle to Ord River cancelled at Daly River but apparently carried on the final flight of the service, and June 24th cover inscribed "By Trial Flight Brisbane to Townsville 23.6.35" with "New England Airways Limited" cachet, carried on the second flight and posted upon arrival in Townsville. 1936 (Feb 17-21) Airlines (WA) Ltd Goldfields service first outward flight covers from Wiluna to Kalgoorlie, Mount Magnet to Wiluna or Mount Magnet to Perth, and return flights from Wiluna to Mount Magnet (2) or Kalgoorlie to Wiluna, the last signed by the pilot C.M. Snook with first flight cachet. AAMC states, "the Feb. 20-21 return flights seem to have been ignored by collectors and covers are scarce".
