Wounded at Duty on the 26th October 1917. 6th May 1917 Absent from 6:30am Parade Penalty 2 Days No 1 F P. 23rd February 1918 Inattention during stable hours. Penalty 7 Days confined to camp. 1st July 1918 Absent from Parade after being warned for Draft, Penalty deprived of 5 Days Pay. Awarded the Military Medal LG 23rd February 1918.
