  1908 (May 18) Stampless cover to Jamaica, endorsed "(Postage Paid / G.A.P)" in red ink, with a George Town c.d.s alongside, backstamped at Kingston (May 27) and Mandeville. Endorsed by the Post Master Gwendolyn Parsons during a shortage of ½d and 1d stamps, recorded May 12th - June 1st. Flap missing, light vertical fold and opening tear at upper right corner, a good example of this scarce Post Office provisional endorsement, very few recorded. S.G. MPI, £6,000.
