Poor to mainly fine/very fine, hours of fun with this one. (A few 100's) US5 £224
11304
1852-2005 A substantial duplicated collection on Hagner stock pages with a good range of early States issues, with a few forgeries noted. Early Italy includes a seemingly unused 40c (small surface faults - would cat £6000 if genuine mint), 4 used exaamples of the 1863 2lire(pale & dep shades), a great range of commems incl. 1923 Black Shirt Fund trio mint, Fascist March values to 5L fine used, 1928 2nd Nat.defence set mint, 1928 Filiberto to 10L fine used (cat £300+) with duplicated lower vals, 1934 Rome-Mogadishu set mint, 1938 Empire set fine used (Cat £180), 1948 50L violet mint (Cat £190), 1950 duplicated mint & used vals with 50L, 100L & 200L fine mint, and so much more. Terrific value in the pre WWII section. Plusmuch interest post WWII (1000's). The whole would make a fantastic base for an important m & used Italian collection with many better values hidden in the duplication. (several 1000's) £750
