  c.1927 Long O.H.M.S Envelope with 1922-37 ½d - 10/- and £1 applied, all with local handstamped "SPECIMEN" (in black on 5d and 2/-, violet on all other values), apparently displayed in the St. Helena Post Office to show the stamps then on sale with prices shown for the ½d to 1/-, ½d to 2/6, ½d to 5/- or the full set, interestingly the 15/- value not then on sale on the island. Extensive foxing to the envelope and around many stamps with insect damage affecting most stamps (only the 1d, 1½d and 2d having totally escaped this fate), salvaged from the St. Helena P.O archives which were mostly destroyed, unique. £100-150
