A large scale model house built for Lord Leicester of Holkham Hall. Constructed from Holkham Estate timber in order to demonstrate the construction method to be used in a new estate of workers houses to be sited at Little Holkham. In the event the houses were never built and the model remains as the only witness to the project. Constructed using the correct timber types and techniques and part exposed to show the construction methods employed, the model is a fantastic replica in miniature of a timber framed estate cottage and is likely to be a totally unique item. Burrell Thetford Town 2ins scale Showmans Engine, Started 25 years ago and now an abandoned project. The vast majority of parts are stated to be present and include castings, rubbers, canopy and brasswork. The main body is present as a rolling chassis and is supplied with an assembly stand. Also present are the original Ronald Clark drawings, instruction book, CD etc and the boiler test record.

Burrell 4.5ins scale single cylinder single speed Agricultural Engine "Old Smoky". Started at least 21 years ago and now requiring final fettling and small parts fitting, the owner and builder had handed this engine over to members of his model engineering club to prepare for the sale. The engine is in hydraulic test and has a new steam test certificate, it is stated to have been steamed at the end of February and to have performed well. A video of it running is available on Cheffins website. Offered for sale complete with a drivers seat and a qty of spare parts to aid finishing, a good and substantial engine.

All of the engines were built after 1978 and have never been shown although many featured in Model Engineer magazine.
