The 1907 fiscal surcharge set of three and 1908 Kings Statue 10t, 20t and 40t bear a tiny 12x1½mm specimen handstamp presumably applied in Siam to high value stamps prior to distribution to the U.P.U; all other stamps are handstamped "Specimen" type R4.
