1932 Unissued Children's Welfare Association, identical to the Annas issue first proposed in 1928, comprising perforated 1f deep blue, 10f red (2), 20f green (2) and 50f light blue (2) unmounted mint, 50f light blue fiscally used, and 1f sepia block of six each with "WATERLOW & SONS LTD / SPECIMEN" overprint and a small punch hole affixed to a piece from a sample book. Also a similar 20f surcharge on undenominated stamp in green fiscally used. This issue, originally printed with values in annas, later reprinted with the new currency in fils, apparently remained unissued as postage stamps but were used for revenue purposes. Very unusual.
