CIRCA 1900 JUDGES FROCK COAT, WAISTCOAT AND BREECHES
A frock coat, waistcoat and breeches made from wool and worn by a Judge serving in India during the the British Raj period. 'Name taped Justice Blacker' in the pocket of the waistcoat. A 1950'S LAVENDER MINK JACKET
This very soft silver grey mink jacket has been made from female pelts giving a wonderful lustre and lightness in weight. The coat is very elegant with horizontal pelts running to a back central rib. Three quarter length sleeves and a pretty shawl collar. The silver silk lining has an embroidered initial AB and there is a hidden inner pocket. 29" length x 23" underarm to underarm. (There has been very slight moth damage and the lining has come away at the hem. Rescued just in time!) Provenance: Italian aristocrat. (1)
