  Basutoland. 1934 (Mar 28) Stampless official cover with the Royal Train datestamp applied at Bloemfontein and the scarce "ROYAL TOUR H.R.H PRINCE GEORGE / OFFICIAL FREE" bilingual cachet in violet, put into the post the following day with Maseru (Mar. 1) datestamps; and air mail cover to Cape Town with Basutoland 1d + 2d cancelled on the royal train (Mar. 1) with a Maseru c.d.s alongside. Also two philatelic covers with Northern Rhodesia ½d tied by royal train datestamp with incorrect 31 Feb. date, the correct 31 March datestamp alongside, one reposted during the 1947 royal tour to Southern Rhodesia.
