HELENA" with number "1", violet oval "POST OFFICE / (crown) / ST. HELENA" with "No. 2" and a St. Helena c.d.s. Backstamped with three further strikes of the Post Office cachet and datestamps of Cape Town (Oct 6) and Pretoria. An uncommon genuine usage of the 5/- value, presumably sending stamps to the dealer Tamsen. £400-500
