  c.1874-1941 Covers and cards, four stamped, the others stampless, including c.1874 "Governor" envelope to The Treasury signed by the Governor Sir Andrew Clarke, 1902 "Governor" or "Government House" envelopes posted to Johore, 1897 stampless G.P.O envelope to Germany, 1930 cover with enclosed invitation to Government House bearing cachet of "Aide-De-Camp to His Excellency The Governor" and red "OFFICIAL PAID / SINGAPORE" single ring c.d.s, other 1925-37 examples of this Official Paid c.d.s (4), 1939 red "PENANG / PAID / POST OFFICE" double ring handstamp, 1904 O.H.M.S Straits Settlements Government Gazette wrapper front to USA franked 4c, 1927 "CHINESE PROTECTORATE / PENANG" cachet, etc. An interesting lot.
