(diagonal crease) cancelled and just tied by fair to good strikes of Newchwang seal cancellation, the 3ca. additionally tied by a very fine strike of Customs Newchwang datestamp, faint Shanghai Customs (16.3), Hawkhurst and Sandhurst arrival c.d.s. Koban tied by "shanghai/i.j.p.o." c.d.s.; the reverse with Shanghai Dollar chop in reddish black, Yokohama (17.6), Vancouver (30.6) and part Halifax c.d.s. My recent research into this stamp indicates that there were only three sheets cancelled in Soochow. This means that there were only eleven sheets released, or 275 stamps.
