Kongmoon: 1901 (10 Nov.) envelope to Haiphong bearing a vertical pair of C.I.P. 5c. tied by fine strikes non-standard Kongmoon dater with manuscript date, used with Hong Kong 10c. blue with a strong strike of the boxed I.P.O. tieprint and, on the reverse, Victoria, Hong Kong (1.12) and Haiphong (6.12) c.d.s.; fragment of top right corner of the envelope missing and a vertical crease to the right of the adhesives. An exceedingly rare and desirable cover.
