Of circular form with gadrooned border, the rim's engraved with a coat of arms of Mildmay quartering Fitzwalter with Schomberg on an escutcheon of pretence, for Benjamin Mildmay, 19th Baron Fitzwalter (1672-1756) created Earl Fitzwalter in 1730, and with the Mildmay crest with an Earl's coronet above and a cap of maintenance below. Inscribed to the reverse with numbers 49 through to 59
and with scratch weights. Fully marked to the reverse. (11)
