1924 Chevrolet Superior F Tourer Reg. No. Not UK registered Chassis No. Q1NVAAA247002 This very well presented and restored Chevrolet has been recently imported from Australia and has a good deal of paperwork with it chronicling its ownership history, it was originally believed to have been a commercial vehicle but was transformed into its current guise long ago. The vendor understands that it was used by a greengrocers for deliveries around the Brisbane area and subsequently owned by a farming family who used it as everyday transport. Clearly the subject of much work, included in the file is an application for a surrogate chassis number, a registration certificate and a written history of the ownership with technical specification, also a letter from the Veteran & Vintage Chevrolet Association of Australia verifying the year of manufacture. The 4 cylinder engine has exposed valve gear and breathes through a Zenith carburettor, the interior and hood are in very smart order indeed and plenty of good period touches are in place such as the AAA Automatic Petrol Saver. Stated to be in fine running and driving order, a very attractive period tourer that requires UK registration.

1926 Nash Standard Six Series 320 Four Door Tourer Reg. No. Not UK registered Serial No. R102765 An Australian import which is stated to have been in single family ownership since new until 1984 when it was purchased as an unrestored but running car, at this time it was stated to have had a new roof fitted and the engine was reconditioned. The condition of the car seems to back this up and appears as a vehicle that has been cared for and repaired as necessary over the years. The straight six engine sits in the capacious engine bay which still has the original plates affixed to the bulkhead, the lighting system appears to be the original with ParaBeam Headlight inscribed on the glass. A Boyce Motometer adorns the radiator and several car badges for owners clubs in the New South Wales area are present including the Coonabarabran Vehicle Restorers Society! 1928 DeSoto Roadster Reg. No. Not UK registered Chassis No. TBA Engine No. EK47312C This Australian import is an uncommon model in the form of a doctors coupe with dicky seat. Clearly the engine bay housing the straight six shows some upgrades in the form of a Bosch alternator, fuel filter and pump and re-wiring. In faded yellow paint work and with black button back vinyl upholstery the roadster is ideally suited to some refurbishment, the chrome work is basically sound but tired looking as is the Art Deco style dashboard. A fine looking car that stands on wooden spoked artillery wheels with original monogrammed hubs and still bears its 1971 Queensland registration sticker. The vendor states that this car had only 2 previous owners and only received attention as it was required to keep it running. Offered for sale with evidence of its UK customs clearance and stated to be a running and driving car.

Under the bonnet the 4 cylinder engine is accompanied by an original looking toolkit clipped to the bulkhead including the Braime oil can. This car is stated to be a non-runner currently and clearly work to the wiring loom appears to have been interrupted with the ammeter hanging free from the dashboard. The cab and body are finished in green over red and clearly all of the woodwork has been attended to or replaced, free wheel hubs are fitted to the red painted rear wheels and the over all appearance is difficult to fault inside and out with the exception of some flaking paint on a few exterior woodwork edges.
