1927 (29 Aug.) long Affidavit for Probate first sworn on 24 August 1927 and bearing 1921-33 $1. This presentation was not accepted by the court because of excess funeral expenses being claimed and new figures were inserted and paid (total $708.53) with 4c. (2), 25c., 50c. $1, $2 $5, $100 (2) and $500 on 25 October 1927. The document once stamped was then re-sworn on 27 October with a fee of 75c. being paid by 25c. and 50c. stamps, all are tied by relevant red embossed datestamp. A hand-written note attached stating the exact amounts of tax and the rates and amounts of interest due and paid. A remarkable document in a fine state of preservation. Photo S$3,500-5,000

The first exchange which was transacted is stamped by three revenue authorities, Singapore with 1931 35c., then in France with a 2f. and again, due to delay, and then finally in UK with perfined Foreign Bill 3d. strip of three, unfortunately some other stamps are missing at upper left; and 1933 (24 Aug.)
