On 20 November 1928 when the Supreme Court in Penang gave judgment favouring the lender for non-payment it was discovered that the duty should have been $3 so a further $2 is paid along with a penalty of $25, thus on reverse are Straits Settlements $1, $2 and $25 each tied by red embossed datestamp; a few small faults S$300-400
