Fred Ridley was killed in action aged 23 with 1st Bradford Pals on 1st July 1916 during the attack on the fortified village of Serre and is buried in Euston Road Cemetery. 2. BWM and Victory Medal to 27595 Pte C. Ridley York R. Charles Ridley was killed in action aged 26 serving with 10th Bn on 17th September 1916 and with no known grave is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial. 3. BWM and Victory Medal to 28601 Pte T. Ridley W. York R. Tom Ridley was killed in action aged 19 serving with 10th Bn on 1st November 1916 and with no known grave is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial. All medals are extremely fine to about mint, BWMs are toned. With copied CWGC, Soldiers Died, MICs, 1911 census when all living in Bradford with parents Thomas and Carrie, Charles and Tom only issued pairs. Hugh Freeth Gilbert Brooksbank was commissioned from 6th South Staffs 10/7/15 and was killed in action with 1st Bn Worcestershire Regiment on 7 July 1916 aged 31 and with no known grave is commemorated on Thiepval Memorial. With original Form M-169 Certificate For Purpose of Employment, copied service paper, List of Natal survivors, roll, census, ship research etc, Arthur Kelly was born in Uttoxeter 30/3/1883, enlisted 11/9/1901, was on board HMS Natal in forward workshops when she was sunk by an internal explosion 30/12/15 with the loss of nearly 400 lives, invalided 3/5/22 while on HMS Lion as P.O.
