AN IBERIAN BRONZE HEAD OF AN IDOL

Broken at the neck below a raised ridge, perhaps a necklace or collar, the head is characterised by large round eyes with incised eyelashes flanking a prominent nose, and is crowned by a short pointed cap which flares slightly at the rim, 2.7cm high.

A CAMPANIAN LEKYTHOS
Circa 350 B.C.
Probably from the workshop of the Capua Painter, of squat form, this red-figure lekythos depicts a seated figure of a draped woman holding a phiale, her hair dressed in a saccos, a goose stands before her, with a palmette under the handle, a baseline of wave pattern, a band of ovolo around the base of the neck and strokes above, 20cm high.

AN APULIAN FISH PLATE
Circa 4th Century B.C.
Attributed to the Group of Karlsruhe 66/140, enlivened with white and darker red pigments, the plate is decorated with three sea creatures, including two bream, the larger with dot pattern on the body and the smaller with a curved dashed pattern on the body, and a squid, in addition to two clam shells, the fish surround the sunken tondo which is decorated with a rosette with a wave border around the edge, the overhanging rim with a laurel border, the vessel stands on a short flared foot, 24cm diam, 7.4cm high.
This piece comes with a thermoluminescence test report coming from Oxford Authentication confirming its antiquity.

A GREEK TABLE LEG IN THE FORM OF A PAW

The foot, from the leg of a table or bed, is in the form of a lion's paw rising to a flat column-like face, the three slightly convex 'flutes' separated by thin raised ribs, 25cm high, 23cm long.
