Alps (Japan) tinplate clockwork "Radar Defense" Lorry - military green, clockwork motor in working order, propels lorry in a circular motion whilst radar dish, gunner figure and aircraft revolve - Good Plus, 5"/13cm long in a Fair card box with (torn) colour label. £70-£80

"Radio Rex Bulldog in Kennel" of USA manufacture. This toy is sound activated and was made by the John Hugo Manufacturing Company c.1923 in New Haven Connecticut. Battery operation, the celluloid Bulldog (glue repair to one hind leg) is pushed back into the kennel, on sound activation (clapping of hand etc) the mechanism is triggered and the bulldog rushes out from the kennel. Untested but comes complete with its original illustrated box and outer cardboard shipping box with "Selfridges of London" label - Good including box, 12"/30cm long. £180-£240

1930's German made tinplate Singing Bird Toy - with pull cord mechanism, when the pull cord is activated, the mechanism makes the bird sing and flutter its wings, in working order.
