  A beautiful 1950's/60's cocktail gown labelled 'London Town' Mayfair, the dress has a three layer skirt with the two outer layers creating a full puff ball skirt, the top fabric being decorated with pink flowers and black flocking. The garment has a fitted bodice with black velvet ribbon detailing and a pretty wide square neck. Labelled size 14 though more like a 10-12 (1) £80-90

  An early 1900s ivory satin wedding dress, veil and wax hair ornaments. Beautiful bias cut dress with high ruched bodice and quilted full sleeves which taper to a point at the wrist and fasten with poppers. Short back opening at the neck with six covered buttons. The dress fabric is flocked throughout and there are one or two small holes to the skirt - mainly fabric is quite robust. A plaited silk cord to match. A very fine ivory veil with silk bow appliques to each corner - again one or two holes. Two wax flower tiaras in fair to good condition (5) £30-50

  A 1960s lined mink jacket and stole. Jacket hooks to fasten and has a double-breasted button detail. The stole has a dual purpose and has been cleverly adapted to attach with poppers to the hem of the jacket turning it into a knee-length coat. Garments in good condition (2) £60-80

Buttons through to hem, lovely quality wool fabric - unlined, size 12-14 nice condition. A further 70s beautifully cut 'Union Made' trouser suit in burnt orange, jacket and trousers lined. Jacket fastens with metallic poppers and features two side slit pockets. There is a small hole to the front of the jacket and the lining at the waistband of the trousers needs a stitch or two, in need of dry clean, otherwise nice vintage condition (3) £30-50

A black tafetta opera coat with red lining and three-quarter sleeves - size 10/12. An interesting beige gaberdine fitted jacket with shawl collar an labelled 'New Bond Co. Ltd.' made in England and by appointment to HRH Crown Prince of Sweden. Jacket has some moth damage to front. Approx. size 10/12 (3) £20-30

A fitted, pleated full lined skirt with side metal zip - waist 26". An Edwardian style lined fitted dress with black grosgrain trim, popper fastenings to front and sleeves and with 'Morning Coffee' handwritten at the hem. Size 8 (3) £30-50

Embroidered to front with floral motifs and to the back three butterflies and repeat florals. Outer fabric and lining in nice condition, one or two small marks to front. A further lined silk kimono of similar vintage although lining being so much finer has some damage to neck. Subtle embroidery to front of cloud formations and features two dragons at the back. Outer silk is in fair condition (2) £50-70

  A beautiful 1920s heavily beaded ivory satin coat. The coat is trimmed to all edges with plaited and wadded satin, giving a lovely weight and swing to the garment. The beading at the back is in a typical geometric Deco design creatively using small pearl beads and silver fluted beads to create this effect. The garment has all over flocking and a small quantity of the beading would need attention and the fine silk crepe lining has disintegrated. A further ivory silk 20s bias cut evening gown. The neckline is heavily beaded with small pearl beads and flutes continued through to the low back where there is damage and loss of beads. The front of the garment is panelled and flows out to a full skirt. Similar flocking to satin (2) £180-220

  A 1920s ivory silk capelet. Cape features a cut out 'beaded on net' section at the back which continues through to the front of the shoulders in a trellis of beadwork. The garment ties loosely at the neck. Some faint flocking although otherwise in fine condition. A further very fine silk and silk lined velvet sleeveless over-bodice with attached long stole wrap. An early piece by 'Victor Stiebel' (labelled) 21 Bruton St. Mayfair (2) £80-100

  Three 1950s/60s dresses. A 1960s 'Linzi Line' black lined cocktail frock. Concertina pleated skirt below a fitted empire line bodice with bow feature - size 8. A 60s evening shift dress labelled 'Strohbach' London. Dress has a ground layer of cream silk chiffon and outer flocked layer of black silk chiffon. The whole dress is then fully lined - approx size 12 (needs hemming). A further 1950/60s mauve with black floral flocking cocktail dress. Hand-made well structured fitted garment with a broad slash neck and three-quarter length sleeves and slightly flared skirt. All dresses in good vintage condition (3) £40-60

  A 1950s brown silk 'Ricci Michaels' dress. Dress has long back metal zip, unusual structure which tapers in to the hem line, hence very fitted. Approx size 8-10.   A fine elegant Edwardian cerise pink silk bustiere, over- layered with black silk chiffon. The black chiffon outer layer supports a stretch of black sequinned crochet to frame the broad neck. The garments interior cotton lining supports ten boning pieces which are all good. There is disintegration to the cerise under silk particularly at the front although the sleeves and back are better. The label is D.H.Evans & Co Ltd. £30-50

  1920s gold lame bias cut dress. Beautifully cut and panelled full length dress with gold circular motifs on a muted gold background. The dress has a wide v-shaped neckline with double twisted straps incorporating a contrasting lawn green silk chiffon. There is a half-tie belt at the back with similar green chiffon. Overall the dress is in good vintage condition with only one or two areas of fabric stress - no actual holes - zip and hook fasteners have been replaced. Approx. size 8. £180-220

Click to view full image... 1920s/30s green and gold lame dress. Beautiful bias cut full skirted dress in green, silver and gold abstract leaf pattern. The garment has a deep V plunge neckline and tie with green chiffon insets on the bodice. The wide loose sleeves are gathered at the shoulders and are open at the top of the arm. There is a 3" tear on the right hand side of the dress - almost under the arm - this looks like a snag, and as the fabric is generally quite strong would be reparable. There is no zip to this garment - approx. size 8 £150-180
