Also with small Lord Roberts Memorial medal. He was killed in action as 35099 2/5th West Riding regt on 12th September 1918 and with no known grave is commemorated on the Vis-En-Artois Memorial. With 6 copied pages of service record, MIC, Soldiers Died and CWGC, enlisted in 4th Bn West Riding Regt 9/1/17, transferred to 2/7th Bn Durham L.I. 2/4/18, arrived France 22/8/18, transferred to 2/5th Bn West Riding 30/8/18, from Attercliffe, Sheffield.
