Folder 1916 London-Brighton south coast Railway 2d blue (1st issue) parcel stamp, used as a railway letter stamp, on small commercial cover from Seaford Station (Sussex), to a Brighton brewery, further franked with GV 1/2d (Royal Cypher) for printed matter rate. Rare thus. Both stamps well tied by Brighton arrival machine cancel "18 Oct 16". 2d also cancelled in violet by oval Seaford/Station.
