Cochin, depicting The Abduction of Helen of Troy, 54mm diameter (gross weight 132 grammes)
Note: William Gib recorded born 1707 (son of William Gib Snr.), worked independently probably from 1733, and from 1736 several times as officer of the St. Eloy Guild, died in 1770.
His highest known watch number so far is 220, watch No. 214 is probably circa 1750. It would seem he made few watches after that.
