Scarce stamps on cover, fewer than 5,000 sets of the Air Resumption surcharges printed, whilst the Roosevelt stamps were largely sold to stamp dealers and were demonetised in late 1947 due to heavy speculation. The Empress thanks the Begum for his sentiments of condolence on the death of the Emperor. Also an English translation of the letter on Government of India notepaper and two letters in Urdu each bearing the official seal handstamp of the Begum of Bhopal, all bound in a folio folder.
