Gebruder Einfalt (Technofix) early tinplate clockwork Tractor with driver No.178, circa 1929, the clockwork motor is in working order driving the rear wheels and is activated by a crank handle to the front. The motor can be adjusted by means of a lever to one in either forward or backward directions. The clockwork motor driving the rear wheels appears to be wound anticlockwise and may require adjustment but the car can be made to run, steerable front wheels - Near Mint to Mint for display, the garage comes with an Excellent card box and 2 x sets of instructions, a Paya key is also included. Was in the catalogue until 1959 and was made as a promotional item to promote a new round the world passenger service of the Shaw Savill line. The kit is incomplete but includes the lower hull, the upper superstructure, bridge sections mast and still retains the metal bar for giving weight to the hull and 2 x sets of printed single instruction sheets - Fair including colourfully illustrated box. £40-£60
