Click to view full image... A LATE 19TH CENTURY FRENCH IMARI PORCELAIN AND ORMOLU MOUNTED CLOCK GARNITURE
the clock case modelled from a domed baluster vase and cover, surmounted by a putto and with lion mask, ring handles, raised on a circular base with pierced decoration and two cornucopiae, the gilt and twelve piece enamelled dial with Roman numerals, the twin train movement with outside countwheel striking on a bell, with pendulum, together with a matched pair of 19th century Imari porcelain urns and covers, on associated wooden stands, 54cm high, the urns 39cm (3) Restorations to porcelain clock case.
The movement is winding, ticking and striking but not fully tested or guaranteed.
