(flap tear) franked block of nine and strip of three 1d Red Pl. 120 and all tied to each other or cancelled by foreign brach "P" cancels and representing the faster 1/- ' via Brindisi' rate. Rear with London E(ast) arrival cds and inscribed '68' at lower right corresponding to #69 from this correspondence that was in the Geoff Osborn Sale [Cavendish 21.6.2007 sold for £850] who researched and concluded that the writer Joseph Dallin Paul was on H.M.S Glasgow which was at Zanzibar during Sep. 1874.
