Scratchbuilt Gauge 1 0-4-2 Tank Loco lined black named "Princess" live steam gas fired internal burner. This has been superbly constructed and includes eccentric valve gear, radio control regulator constructed of brass sheet with mild steel connecting rods, rear bogie mounted in brass copper chimney etc. Finished in plain black, lined in red with Princess lettering to tank sides and Krr Stewart works plate No.717 to both tank sides. This model builder plate for Bedale and dated 1994 to the rear of the locomotive. Hinged cab roof giving excellent access to the cab detail. Well-built model ideal for the Gauge 1 garden runner. 3 1/2" Gauge 4-6-0 Loco and Tender LMS black "Black 5" No.5478, all fired. Excellent and detail with slight glass, pressure gauge, forward and reverse, 2 external and 1 internal cylinder. With good motion and free running. Finished in lined black with running number 5478 to cab side, LMS lettering to tender sides, running number 5478 to smokebox door. Locomotive has been fired in the past although there is no boiler certificate. Comes with coal shovels and lamp irons. All require a little work but nevertheless an interesting locomotive for the large gauge runner, comes complete with carrying boxes. Good to Good Plus. £800-£1200
