Steering wheel operates front wheel steering. Hand brake by driver's seat. Electrically powered headlamps. Black pressed steel wheels with rubber tyres, spare wheel to rear. With key. Clockwork motor working when tested. Length 16.5"/42cm. Some chips to paint along exposed edges and the front left mudguard. Rubber tyres brittle and with flat spots, otherwise Good Plus.
