Wallace & Gromit - A Close Shave (1995) - An original production made miniature ladder from Nick Park's 1995 stop motion animated film Wallace and Gromit "A Close Shave", made from resin, measuring approximately 15 inches long. Displayed in case with Wallace & Gromit watch. Provenance: With a Letter of Authenticity from Terry Norris who worked for Aardman Studios. Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (TV) 1979 Screen used Security Android Tunic, custom made garment constructed from cotton & plastic, with zip to the rear collar area and faux leather epaulettes with metallic details. To the centre of the chest is a robotic panel which is glued to the costume and taped to the interior, this features distressed circuitry which comprises of genuine electrical wire and circuit boards housed within a metal tray. This tunic was worn by one of the security androids which feature in the Season One episode 'The Plot to Kill a City Part II' first broadcast 6th October 1979. £200-400 See Illustration

Buck Rogers in the 25th Century (TV) (1979) - Screen used Dr. Mallory (Macdonald Carey) medical coat, the costume started life as an off the peg coat which has been heavily modified by the production in order to add quilted shoulder, cuff and pocket details which are foam lined to the interior. The costume still retains its original makers label to the collar area which gives a 42" chest size. This medical coat was worn on screen by Macdonald Carey as Dr. Mallory in Season One Episode 2 "Planet of the Slave Girls" which was first broadcast 27th September 1979 and Season One Episode 8 "Planet of the Amazon Women" first broadcast 8th November 1979. £150-250

The New Adventures Of Superman (1993-97) - Dean Cain screen worn Superman Costume from the fantasy television series 'Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman' (1993-1997), starring Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher. The costume comprised of: one piece, full body, blue spandex jumpsuit, and pair of red & yellow polyester spandex shorts with a velcro 'zipper'. The suit opens on the reverse, but the zipper mechanism has been removed. Also, the large 'S' patch has been removed, leaving a visible imprint where it was stitched. £400-600 See Illustration

Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979) - Leonard Nimoy production "Spock" uniform from the first movie, heavy cotton two-piece costume, consisting of a panelled, long-sleeve jacket with zipper closure in back, Starfleet insignia patch sewn onto chest, gold ranking braids on sleeve cuffs with a 'perscan' medical monitoring device attached to an integral false belt on the front. The device is mentioned in Gene Roddenberry's novelization of The Motion Picture. Matching grey trousers with zip closure and shoes attached to the trouser legs, both items display Western Costumes labels typewritten with production numbers & name. Provenance: Sold with letter of authenticity. For the movie the uniforms were redesigned due the bright colours of the original Star Trek 1960s television series would have distracted viewers when watching the movie on a large screen. The designs proved unpopular and when Harve Bennett took over as producer, he ordered the uniforms redesigned because he did not want 'an all-grey crew on an all-grey ship'. £12000-15000 See Illustration
