Team Lotus 1978 World Champions spark plug taken from the teams Cosworth engines, another used by the Williams F1 team in 1981, both on display stands £60-90 The Don Coles Photo ArchiveDon Coles was an award winning Motor Sports accredited photographer who worked for the Kodak Film Company between 1950-1999. Don was a highly active sports photographer specialising mainly in Formula One Motor Racing. He had privileged access to both the pits and the paddock areas, therefore able to take many candid shots of the drivers and teams. Many of his images have been published and are also held by Companies such as Jarrots. This wonderful archive has been split into six albums totalling many hundreds of photographs, most with their corresponding negative. The purchaser will also be buying the Worldwide Copyright, enabling them to print or publish them at will. The albums contain many images of most of the leading Drivers of the time including : Senna, Prost, Peterson, Hill, Roseberg, Surtees, Arnoux, Regazzoni, Jones, Andretti, Pryce, Williamson, Brise, Piquet, Alboretto, Hunt, Watson, Moss, Stewart, etc, plus Team Principal Designers such as Chapman, Tyrell, Williams, Head Barnard etc.Unfortunately there are far too many to list in detail, so personal inspection is highly recommended.
