  1898 (9 June) envelope from Kilani to England, bearing 1894-96 1/2pi. green and carmine (4) each pre-cancelled "Koilani/9.6.98/AFK" between three horizontal lines, further cancelled and tied by "975" numerals, the reverse with Limassol (11.6) and Manchester (19.6) c.d.s.; flap missing and two pieces torn from the top and right edges, neither affecting the adhesives. Such detention shall be subject to the provisions of the Political Prisoners Detention Ordinance, 1956, and to such orders and directions which may occur from time to time be made or given under the provision of said ordinance." Each signed by William Addis, the Governor of the Colony and with the Colony. Also a further carbon copy of a "Revocation of Warrant of Detention" for the three named above and also Kyprianos Themistokleous Kyriakides Bishop Kyprianos of Kyrenia, dated 28 March 1957, signed by William Addis and with the seal of the Colony; minor corner creases, fine.
