The Gary Harrison Tri-Logo CollectionTHE GARY HARRISON TRI-LOGO COLLECTION It all started with a chat with a friend on the walk home from the pub one night. He told me that it was still actually possible to buy the carded Star Wars action figures I had as a child. This one night lead to over ten years of searching out the very best condition Tri-logo carded figures I could find from all around the world. What a journey I had and what fun at locating the next piece to fulfil my ambition of a complete set of high grade Tri-logo and Palitoy figures. These figures took me back to my childhood, they were my favourite toys back then. I can still remember going with my Dad to the local toy shop and buying Tri-logo carded figures. They had rows and rows of them. Little did we know at how rare they would become. Rare because like everyone else I opened them and played with them, sometimes even before I got home! Rare, because, these figures here have not only survived being opened but with most still being in case fresh condition. I was not far from having a complete set, but being hard to find in the condition that I wanted I just didn't quite make it. I wanted a full set of all the characters that were released as figures so a Trilogo set was the best way to go. The figures that they did not release on Tri-logo cards I tried to get on Return of the Jedi Palitoy cards. The decision to sell was not an easy one, but I will just say, I believe I am doing the right thing for my wife and three children. It's time for others to enjoy what I had and who better to sell them than Vectis who in my mind are the no1 toy auctioneers in the UK!
