Blade is beautifully etched OFFICE OF STRATEGIC SERVICE OSS 1942 FIRST APPLEGATE COMBAT DAGGER DESIGN and has the OSS 'flying' logo. Blade is individually serial numbered. The serial number is 188 and stamped into the blade tang. The handle, just as the original, is made of large stacked leather washers. It has a very solid grip.
