Britains Catalogue, 1941 Emergency Issue, comprising: A5 [20 x 12.5cm] 241 page listing in 4 sections. It was believed that the 1940 edition was Britains last pre-war catalogue issued, however this catalogue issued in June, 1941 appears now to be the last issued before the post-war editions. The front cover has a label warning customers: "This Catalogue is sent in response to your request, but during the present Emergency it is extremely unlikely that retailers will be able to supply the lines you wish to purchase, as our entire output is being sent to Overseas Markets. Your Retailer is in no way to blame if unable to supply your requirements". Some overall age wear particularly to cover [paint stains] otherwise generally Very Good overall.
