However, it is possible the error also came from any or all of five other similar booklets (differing in composition, text colour, or cover image)

Note: The error, which results in the loss of the Royal mace, is known in two different 10p booklets: Martello Tower issued 15 February 1971 (containing 2 x 2 1/2p, 2 x 2p, 2 x 1/2p) and Legislative Chamber issued 1 December 1972 (containing 3 x 1/2p, 1 x 2 1/2p, 2 x 3p). Just one of the 2 1/2p stamps in the Martello Tower booklet is affected. Some booklet stamps are poorly trimmed to the extent one or more sides may lack perforations. Although not confirmed, the error might also have occurred in the Mont Orgueil booklet issued 1 June 1973. Intact booklets with the error command a significant premium
