Davie of High Holborn, the 12ins diameter silvered dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and date dials, to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell (missing), contained in case with arched and moulded top, reeded finials and pillars to hood, stop fluted cant corners to trunk, on plinth base with shaped apron and bracket feet, 80ins high Note: Joseph Davie recorded working London 1828-1851 £800-1200
