A good 19th Century Venetian walnut armoire of "17th Century" design, the whole boldly carved with ornate cresting depicting two Cupids astride a shaped cartouche flanked by putti astride dolphins, the frieze carved with bold lions masks and moulded strap shell and leaf scroll frieze, enclosed by a pair of panelled doors, boldly carved with a lion's mask and ring, flanked by shaped and moulded cartouches with shell floral swag and scroll ornament, flanked by bearded male caryatids on scroll supports, fitted one drawer under, the front carved with chariot with putti, leaf scroll and shell ornament, on shaped base with carved leaf scroll and shell pattern feet, 62ins wide x 23ins deep x 102ins high
