Elfreda Gertrude Beaumont (1891 - 1987), oil on canvas - 'The Wild Swans', signed and dated 1934, in original oak and gilt frame, 81.5cm diameter, labels verso (believed to have been exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1934). N.B. Beaumont was born in London and studied at Goldsmiths College. Her first work was exhibited in 1906 at the Royal Drawing Society.
