THE ‘PARIS’ COLLECTIONThe ‘Paris’ collection is a truly remarkable assembly of superb mint issues from 1900 to the 1930’s. It was formed by a discerning collector, over many years, who always insisted on the highest quality.
The collection includes superb ranges of Mouchon, Merson, War Orphans and Sowers issues and features a breathtaking array of high values, imperforates and varieties, often in multiples, large blocks or complete sheets.
Many of the items have not appeared on the market for many decades and this sale provides a unique opportunity to obtain items rarely encountered in private hands.
As to be expected with large multiples and sheets, trivial gum wrinkles or minor perf separations affect a few and we have brought buyers attention to this only when it is of particular significance.
