Note: The engraved arms are those of Thomas Gale - Professor of Greek at Cambridge University. He went on to become Master of St. Paul's School and published works on Greeks authors, in 1675 gathered a doctorate in Divinity. He thereupon left for York where he became Dean of the Minster.
