The line engraved incl 1d black and 2d blue, a range of 1d red and 1841 2d, 10d Embossed plus 2 x 6d and 2 x 1/- [decent examples, small faults] and perforated issues incl SG 36a, 1/2d and 2d plates etc. The surface printed are in the main of above average quality with plenty of fine examples noted [and includes a good used £1 SG 185]. Very useful and particularly good value with over £70,000 catalogue [of which £60,000 or so in the surface printed], with some EDVII, GV etc 'thrown in'. £2500-3000

Typically there are around 6 to 8 from each office and include Rochester Row, Clapham Common and South Tottenham, 15 different from Crouch End and 7 from St. Johns Wood Circus Rd comprising 2 stampless, one with Jubilee 6d and 2 x 2 1/2d, 2 with EDVII 3d, one with 4d. Condition is mixed [as is to be expected] but there are many scarcer items. Coloured cancels include 'Glass' in blue and in green, 'Glenbarr', 'Menmuir' and 'Aultbea' [ex Alcock].
