Postal Commemorations sets in a stockbook and in packets, an extensive study of the surcharges with all the major listed varieties plus some lesser ones identified (no 2nd anniv. 11s. on £1 and communications 3s. on 3d. and £1 with "1895" for "1859"), many in blocks of four or larger, some used but the majority unmounted mint.
